  • 45ml bourbon
  • 22.5ml Campari
  • 30ml grapefruit juice
  • 22.5ml lemon juice
  • 15ml simple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.

  2. Shake until chilled.

  3. Strain into a rocks glass with ice.

  4. Twist a grapefruit peel over the drink to express the essential oils and garnish with the twist.

Hints

  1. Experiment using lime juice instead of lemon juice to cut through some of the sweetness.
