Prince of Wales
Ingredients
- 45ml rye whiskey
- 2.5ml maraschino liqueur
- 5ml simple syrup
- 1 small pineapple cube
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Champagne, for topping off

Instructions
Add all ingredients except for the Champagne into a shaker.
Add ice and shake until chilled.
Strain into a flute.
Top with Champagne.
Twist a lemon peel over the drink to express the essential oils and garnish with the twist.
