  • 45ml mezcal
  • 30ml Angostura bitters
  • 22.5ml lime juice
  • 30ml orgeat

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake until chilled.

  3. Strain into a coupe.

  4. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.

Hints

  1. Make sure to use fresh lime juice in order to properly cut through the intense flavors of this recipe.
