Pineapple Espresso Tonic
Ingredients
- 45ml pineapple juice
- 30ml espresso
- 120ml tonic water
- 15ml simple syrup (optional)

Instructions
Add a pineapple juice to a highball glass with crushed ice.
Top off with tonic water.
Add espresso shot.
Mix briefly.
Garnish with a pineapple frond.
