Oaxaca Old Fashioned

  • 45ml tequila reposado
  • 15ml mezcal
  • 5ml agave syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
No. of Servings:

Flamed orange peel

  1. Add all ingredients to a rocks glass with ice.

  2. Stir until chilled.

  3. Garnish with a flamed orange peel.

  1. It's not uncommon to replace the Angostura bitters for chocolate bitters (or doing a mix of the two).

  2. Try mixing the agave with the other ingredients prior to adding the ice in order to make it easier for it to dissolve.
