Ingredients

  • 30ml aquavit
  • 30ml applejack
  • 22.5ml sweet vermouth
  • 7.5ml yellow Chartreuse
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

Lemon twist

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.

  2. Stir until chilled.

  3. Strain into a coupe.

  4. Twist a lemon peel over the drink to express the essential oils and garnish with the twist.

Hints

  1. If it's hard to find Yellow Chartreuse in your area, try replacing it with Strega. They're not exactly the same liqueur, but the latter also plays well in this drink.
