Ingredients

  • 30ml tequila blanco
  • 30ml Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur
  • 30ml lime juice
  • 15ml agave syrup

Salt rim and lime wheel

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake until chilled.

  3. Strain into a salt-rimmed lowball glass with ice.

  4. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Hints

  1. You can try this with your favorite brand of coffee liqueur. However, Mr. Black is low on sugar, so if you use something like Kahlúa, be sure to reduce the amount of agave syrup (or removing it altogether).

  2. You can play around with different salt types for your rim, or even use something like tajín to punch up the tartness of the drink.

  3. We love this drink with spicy salt, it really plays well with the overall flavors of the drink!
