Ingredients

  • 30ml gin
  • 10ml fernet
  • 120ml orange juice
  • 30ml simple syrup
  • 120ml tonic water

Instructions

  1. Add ice to a wine glass.

  2. Add gin and tonic water.

  3. Use a long funnel to pour simple syrup and the orange juice to the bottom of the glass.

  4. Gently pour the fernet to make a float.

  5. Garnish with a candied orange wheel and serve with a straw.

Hints

  1. Using the funnel will prevent the orange juice from mixing too much with the gin and the tonic.
