Ingredients
- 4 lime wedges
- 2 grapefruit slices
- 6 - 8 mint leaves
- 45ml tequila blanco
- grapefruit soda, for topping off (90ml)

Salt rim, lime wheel and mint sprig
Instructions
Add all ingredients, except for the grapefruit soda, into a salt-rimmed lowball glass.
Muddle firmly, avoid wilting the mint leaves.
Add ice and top with grapefruit soda.
Garnish with a lime wheel and a mint sprig.
