Ingredients

  • 4 lime wedges
  • 2 grapefruit slices
  • 6 - 8 mint leaves
  • 45ml tequila blanco
  • grapefruit soda, for topping off (90ml)

Salt rim, lime wheel and mint sprig

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients, except for the grapefruit soda, into a salt-rimmed lowball glass.

  2. Muddle firmly, avoid wilting the mint leaves.

  3. Add ice and top with grapefruit soda.

  4. Garnish with a lime wheel and a mint sprig.

Hints

  1. To make the salt rim, first place some salt on a flat plate. Take a wedge of lime and rub it along the outer side of the glass. Take the glass and roll it on the salt.
