  • 45ml vodka
  • 22.5ml Bénédictine
  • 22.5ml grapefruit juice
  • 7.5ml lemon juice
  • 8 drops grapefruit bitters

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

  2. Shake until chilled.

  3. Strain into a coupe.

  4. Twist a grapefruit peel over the drink to express the essential oils and garnish with the twist.

Hints

  1. Consider adding a barspoon of simple syrup to mellow out the bitter flavors of the cocktail and to add a bit of density.
