Grasshopper (Pepe Le Moko)
Ingredients
- 45ml crème de menthe
- 45ml crème de cacao blanc
- 45ml half-and-half (single cream)
- 5ml fernet
- 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
- 1 pinch of salt

Mint sprig
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender with ½ cup of crushed ice.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass.
Garnish with a mint sprig.
