  • 45ml gin
  • 30ml strawberry-infused Aperol
  • 30 - 60ml grapefruit beer

Instructions

  1. Add the gin and strawberry-infused Aperol to a lowball glass with ice.

  2. Top with grapefruit beer.

  3. Stir lightly.

  4. Garnish with two strawberry slices.
