Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.

  2. Stir until chilled.

  3. Strain into a coupe.

  4. Garnish with one or three olives.

Hints

  1. The amount of olive brine added to a Dirty Martini can vary depending on personal preference, but a general rule of thumb is to start with a small amount and add more to taste.

  2. You can also make this cocktail with vodka. Do note that vodka will accentuate the saltiness and (potential) bitterness from the olive brine. This bitterness is present with certain types of olives.
