Blue Hawaiian


  • 45ml white rum
  • 22.5ml blue Curaçao
  • 60ml pineapple juice
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 22.5ml cream of coconut

Pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry


  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake until chilled.

  3. Strain into a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice.

  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.


  1. You can add Champagne or Prosecco to make a Sparkling Blue Hawaiian. 

  2. You can make a frozen version of this cocktail by adding all the ingredients in a blender with about ¾ cup of ice. Simply blend until smooth and you're good to go!

  3. For cocktails that call for cream of coconut, you can use Coco Lopez. Otherwise you can make your own cream of coconut.

  4. Use fresh pineapple juice, if possible. It will make a huge difference in terms of flavor. Making it is fairly easy and you can make it a day or two in advance.
