Ingredients

  • 60ml blanc vermouth(suggested: Tximista Vermouth Blanco)
  • 30ml Fino sherry(suggested: Gómez Nevado Pálido Sierra Morena Seco)
  • 30ml Basque cider(suggested: Isastegi, Órdago Iberiko)
  • 2 dashes orange bitters(suggested: Regans' orange bitters)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a cider (or highball) glass with ice.

  2. Stir lightly.

  3. Garnish with an orange wheel.

Hints

  1. Basque cider is very dry and acidic, much less sweet than other types of cider.
