Ingredients
- 60ml blanc vermouth(suggested: Tximista Vermouth Blanco)
- 30ml Fino sherry(suggested: Gómez Nevado Pálido Sierra Morena Seco)
- 30ml Basque cider(suggested: Isastegi, Órdago Iberiko)
- 2 dashes orange bitters(suggested: Regans' orange bitters)

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a cider (or highball) glass with ice.
Stir lightly.
